On the 9th of March, Hafnia CEO Mikael Skov was a panel speaker at DNB Bank’s Shipping Conference held in Oslo, Norway. The 16th annual Energy and Shipping Conference was attended by Executives from large companies who discussed industry challenges and opportunities alongside participation in 1-1 investor meetings.
With an audience of over 100 participants across the maritime and investor community, topics across the panels included various themes across Offshore, E&P, Renewable Energy, Trading in the Energy Transition, an Outlook on China, Dry Bulk, LPG, Car Carriers, LNG, Global and US Crude Oil Production and Tanker Shipping amongst others.
Together with other renowned speakers from Euronav, Frontline, Ridgebury and Scorpio Tankers, Mikael was a panel speaker on the Tanker Shipping Panel. Amongst other topics, the panel discussed the market, its long-term fundamentals, the historically low orderbook and the changed transportation patterns due to recent sanctions on Russian oil exports.
