Hafnia is excited to announce that we have become a member of the All Aboard Alliance.
The All Aboard Alliance was founded in 2020 via a collaborative drive from top industry leaders, towards increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the maritime board.
Together with its fellow members, Hafnia is committed to lead the transformation to a more diverse industry, ensuring equitable opportunities for everyone. Collaboration with other allies means we can strategically assess, and remedy challenges together being faced by the Maritime industry, such as: A global talent shortage, affecting retention and attraction; Strong expectations from stakeholders towards us improving on diversity, equity, and inclusion and the need for increased innovations across areas such as decarbonization, automation and the digital landscape, which requires diverse skill and perspective across all levels.
On joining the All Aboard Alliance Hafnia CEO Mikael Skov, who is also Co-Chair of the Alliance states “This is an industry imperative at a pivotal time, where a diversity of skills and competences is paramount to innovate our way through the continuous evolution and developments taking place in decarbonization, digitalization, and automation,”.
